The staff were all very helpful unlike the one before the pandemic. The former staff members were all extremely cold, incredibly indifferent and amazingly rude but thankfully they are all gone. The new staff are very, very nice. I think that's due to the fact that a competition named Hotel Victory was built. We all need to be humble and I'm very glad Hotel Best Western Munchen Airport realizes that.

Big and clean rooms. Me, My husband, 1 child 13 years old, 2 young adults 19 years old in same room and it was no problem at all to fit all in same room. We stayed only to be close to a water-play-land close by. We could walk there. 1 restaurange in the area and it was a really a good Italian restaurante. Mc Donalds rather close by. Near the airport.

Great variety at breakfast (I especially liked Bretzels). The staff at the reception was super friendly and turned the check-in to a very pleasant experience. The hotel is close to the Therme Erding, which we visited the day after

The hotel was newly refurbished, so very clean and modern

It’s very close to Therme Erding, it’s only 12 minutes walk. we got to charge out EV for free of charge

Last minute booking due to delayed flight and luggage loss. Comfortable hotel, offered airport transfer

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are also very clean, I saw the housekeeping worked so hard. They deserve higher rates.

Missed the breakfast as we were out at 3:30am to catch a flight. They did have coffee and rolls out for us travelers.

Not fancy but clean, quite comfortable and a good location for visiting Therme Erding. Underground parking and 18 minutes to Munich Airport

Very friendly and efficient check in. Room was ready early. We used the vouchers for Terme Erding which worked out perfectly. Only one night but it was just what we needed.
